Once the staple preserve of every victorian sitting room and more latterly given the starring role on the top of skips and inside junkshop windows it seems that sideboards are on the way back.
As the trend for storing your bits and pieces within integrated storage units has been placed in the shadows by a return to low leveled, 1950's inspired furniture, its only natural that the sideboard is making a welcome return without the added aesthetic benefits of being topped by a 'tube doll' from the Scottish Highlands.
